The Thumper Persimmon Driver is the largest persimmon driver ever made (285cc). The model was painstakingly hand-sculpted by Robert Just, one of four Just brothers at Louisville Golf. This new streamlined design, which moves weight lower in the head for easier launch, creates a hitting area larger than any wood driver of its kind. Persimmon blocks for the Thumper Driver are hand-selected for their light weight, and fitted both with an oversized composite face insert and the Density Balancing Energy Sleeve (DBES). The DBES, made of lightweight aircraft grade alloy, effectively lowers the center of gravity in the head and gives Louisville Golf's clubs a modern look while keeping intact the feel and playability for which they have always been known.
