The elongated Type S GDT Driver shape sets up nicely for alignment and allows for weight to be distributed farther back resisting twisting on off center hits. The Cup Face Design allows for the entire club face to be the sweet spot along with the maximum COR allowed by the USGA. Ultra Thin Beta Titanium Cup Face. The entire face is the sweet spot with Cup Face Design. Traditional manufacturing welds in a titanium insert into the face so off center hits strike the heated weld area reducing distance and accuracy. Cup Face Design moves the heat and welds back into the body allowing for hot action from any point across the face.
